In the Garwal region of Himalayan ranges, Yamunotri dham is located which is a significant place among Chardham Yatra. Yamunotri dham is located in the district of Uttarkashi in Uttarakhand. The holy river Yamuna gets its origin from Yamunotri glacier and it is a worth-mentioning fact that from this glacier the river.

Gangotri

Gangotri dham proffer to feel serenity, to engross in the flow of Bhagirathi River and witness the appealing power of Himalayan ranges. Chardham Yatra comprises taking glimpse of Gangotri dham also. Gangotri dham is located in Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand. Gangotri is famous for the origin of holy Ganga River. Gomukh glacier is located in Gangotri where holy river Ganga steps down.

Itinerary

Day 01: Haridwar – Barkot

This morning depart for Barkot, located on the foot of Yamunotri. Drive via Mussoorie and visit Kempt Falls on the way. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel/camp. Rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hiII) Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 02: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

After breakfast, depart for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janki Chatti (8 km). Here you will begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri (6 Km trek). You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). The trek passes through lush green valley, a profusion of conifers, rhododendrons, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs.

Day 03: Barkot – Uttarkashi

After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams. In the evening, witness aarti at Vishwanath Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 04 :Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri. Nestled in the magnificent Garhwal Himalayas, Gangotri is set at an altitude of 3048 mts. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin Visit the Gangotri Temple. The 18th century’s temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 05: Uttarkashi – Haridwar

Early morning, after breakfast, you drive to to Haridwar and drop in Haridwar Railway Station.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • As per the Government directive, foreigners are requested to produce their passport as photo identity proof and Indians can produce any govt. approved photo identity such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID card/Passport at the point of check-in at the hotel.
  • All Prices are in Indian Rupees and valid for Indian National only.
  • Above mentioned rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving firm booking.
  • In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost.
  • 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure out of which 50% has to be paid at the time of booking tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 31 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 30 days to 21 days prior to arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost.
  • 20 days to 11 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 10 days to 06 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND
  • Festivals Like Diwali, X-mas and Long weekend – No Refund on cancellation
