Kedarnath Yatra Package Package – (Itinerary)
Day 01: DELHI – HARIDWAR (230 KMS/6-7HRS)
Arrival at the Airport/railway station meet and assist by ITT executive and later to drive to Haridwar, on arrival transfer to your Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in the evening. Back to your hotel, Night halt.
Haridwar: Haridwar, lying at the feet of Shiva’s hills, i.e., Shivaliks, in the Haridwar district of Uttaranchal Pradesh, is a doorway. Suryavanshi prince Bhagirath performed penance here to salvage the souls of his ancestors who had perished due to the curse of sage Kapila. The penance was answered and the river Ganga trickled forth forms Lord Shiva’s locks and its bountiful water revived the sixty thousand sons of king Sagara. In the traditional Bhagirath, devout Hindus stand in the sacred waters here, praying for the salvation of their departed elder. It is the doorway to the sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna, 3000 to 4500 meters up into the snowy ranges of the central Himalayas. The ‘Aarti’ worship of the Ganga after sunset and the floating ‘die (lamp) is a moving ritual.
Day 02: Haridwar – Guptkashi (250KMS/7HR)
Welcome to Ek Dham yatra. Arrival from Railway station assist by ITT executive and Drive to Guptkashi and overnight stay hotel.
Day 03: GUPTKASHI – KEDARNATH(18KMS TREK)
Morning drive to Sonprayag, Trek start from Sonprayag to Kedarnath (3584 mts) on foot or on by pony / Doli. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, toiletries, and clothes for an overnight halt at Guptkashi. Check-in Hotel. Later visit Kedarnath Temple. and overnight stay.
Gaurikund: At a distance of 5kms from Sonprayag and at an altitude of 1982 meters, one can take bath in the hot water pond here and visit the Gauri Temple. This is the place where Goddess Parvathi meditated to attain Lord Shiva. It is the base for a trek to Kedarnath.
Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva, the protector, and the destroyer. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madhmaheshwar, and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as Panch Kedar.
Day 04: Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After darshan and puja, you come out of the temple and return to the Govt. Camps / Lodges. Later you’ll start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Guptkashi. The vehicles wait for you in Guptkashi Car Parking and you’ll drive to your hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi.
Day 05: Guptkashi – Haridwar
Early morning, after breakfast, you drive downhill to Rishikesh a spiritual city and the Yoga capital of the world. On reaching Rishikesh you’ll do the Rishikesh sightseeing visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. and Overnight stay at Haridwar hotel.
Day 06: HARIDWAR – DELHI (200KMS/6 HR)
After Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Delhi .then drop transfer to Railway Station / Airport.

- As per the Government directive, foreigners are requested to produce their passport as photo identity proof and Indians can produce any govt. approved photo identity such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID card/Passport at the point of check-in at the hotel.

- 30 days to 21 days prior to arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost.
- 20 days to 11 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 10 days to 06 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND
